Keep in mind your evidence from outside resources need to be logically connected to your thesis. If you have this foundation then the transitions will come easier.
Your revision process must include attention to your transitions.
Take out your English spiral or writing journal and a pencil. Follow along with video and record the steps covered here. If you like some of the transitions, record those too.
